    You are eligible to register to vote in West Virginia if you are:

    1) A resident of West Virginia and the county where you register.
    2) A U.S. citizen.
    3) At least 17 years old and 18 before the next general election.
    4) Not currently under conviction for a felony, including probation or parole, or a court ruling of mental incompetence. (Voting rights are restored when the term of conviction ends.)
    5) Your voter registration form must be dropped off or postmarked by the deadline.
    6) Complete Voter Registration Information in West Virginia:

    GENERAL ELECTION 2010

    - Primary Voter Registration Deadline: April 20, 2010
    - General Election Voter Registration Deadline: October 12, 2010
